Car Wash Prices
How much does a car wash cost in South Florida?
When someone walks up to your window and writes dirty car… ‘wash me’ on the window you are automatically embarrassed, even though you knew since a month prior that you needed a car wash.
Have you been to the car wash lately and saw the prices in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas?
What was once a simple process now comes with a host of options and upgrades, such as tire cleaning, detailing and even interior cleaning. So how do you know which option to choose, and what’s the standard cost of a car wash? Are the extras really worth it?

Services
You may have a high end vehicle and don’t want it getting all beat up, getting a bad detail job done, and definitely don’t want any scratches on your luxury BMW, Mercedes Benz, or Lambo. Keep your luxury car right. Luxury car wash prices usually start at around 149.99 for a full detail and more additional services are always optional.
A basic car wash typically includes just what it says – a wash without all the bells and whistles. First, power washers remove the exterior dirt and grime. Then, your car goes through the wash tunnel which applies a non-abrasive washing solution.
Next, your car gets wiped down with cloth or soft brushes. Sometimes the basic wash includes an “undercarriage wash,” while other places tack on an extra charge (typically $1 to $2 extra) for the service.
The cost to clean your wheels
Typically, car washes offer a wheel cleaning service for $1 to $2 extra. Car wheels get dirty from the salt and grime on the roads, as well as from brake dust that comes off the brake pads.
